Job summary

The National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux is seeking four Energy Advisers for Barnet and Haringey. This permanent role is office-based with a 36-hour week and a salary of £32,945.86 per year. You will deliver energy advice and support across multiple channels and help residents access available assistance.

Successful candidates will work across Barnet and Haringey, delivering outreach sessions and building partnerships with local organisations to raise awareness of the service.

About the role

We are recruiting four Energy Advisers to deliver energy advice services across Barnet and Haringey (2 in Barnet, 2 in Haringey). This is an exciting opportunity for four advisers with an interest in energy Advice who are looking to take the next step in their career and help shape a new service.

You will provide high-quality energy advice and support through a range of channels, including telephone, email, digital platforms, and face-to-face outreach sessions in community locations. Alongside delivering advice, you will build relationships with local partners, raise awareness of the service, and help residents access the support they need.
