Job summary

Dorset Council is seeking to appoint numerous Teaching Assistants (level 2) who may work within a whole class, with small groups of children or on a 1:1 basis.

You should be able to motivate and encourage children; be enthusiastic, responsible and enjoy working with children. English and Maths GCSE grade C or above and an NVQ level 2 qualification for teaching assistants or equivalent are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a school setting is desirable.
