Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a confident and compassionate Female Support Worker to join a 2:1 team supporting a young woman with an Acquired Brain Injury in Rainham, Essex. The role focuses on person-centred care, promoting independence and daily routine while engaging in community activities.

A full UK driving licence is essential. Shifts run daytimes (7:00am–6:00pm), Tuesday to Friday, with a structured plan across two family homes and community settings.
