Active Care Group is seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker to support a gentleman living with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) in Lanner. You will assist with mobility, everyday tasks, and social activities, building trust through patient communication.

The role focuses on independence and wellbeing, with a flexible zero-hours contract and regular shifts. Driving licence and UK right to work required. Training and DBS are provided.
