Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd in Birmingham is seeking an energetic After School Club Assistant for Moseley. This casual, part-time role supports a busy primary school after the finish of the school day, from 3pm to 6pm, at a paid hourly rate.

You’ll help set up activities, supervise pupils, promote positive play and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for children returning from lessons. Successful candidates will have a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, 6+ months of relevant

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).
• 6+ months experience working in a primary school or with primary-aged children.
• Available to commit to 3pm–6pm on working days.
• DBS on the Update Service or willing to complete a new DBS check.
• Ability to provide two recent employer references.

Responsibilities

• Support the school's After School Club from 3pm to 6pm (essential hours).
• Help set up activities, supervise pupils, encourage positive play.
• Ensure a safe, fun environment at the end of the school day.
