Job summary

Sky is seeking an Associate Technical Specialist within Global Enterprise IT to support secure, compliant operation of Windows and mobile estates, including endpoint management, vulnerability remediation and patch deployment.

You’ll work with Microsoft Intune, CyberArk and related tooling, provide first- and second-line support, and help drive improvements with clear documentation and collaboration across technical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting Windows endpoints in an enterprise environment.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Intune, endpoint security and compliance concepts.
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Exposure to automation or API-based tooling.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to document changes.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Unified Endpoint Management across Windows and mobile estate using Intune and related tools.
• Triage and support CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Management elevation issues; escalate complex cases as needed.
• Assist with upgrades, testing, deployments, change activity and service improvement.
• Manage incidents, service requests and project tasks with first- and second-line endpoint support.
• Maintain accurate documentation for platform changes, workflows and support processes.
• Participate in the team’s out-of-hours support rota.
