Job summary

Sky is seeking an Associate Technical Specialist to join the Client Technology team in Global Enterprise IT. You will support secure, compliant operation of Windows and mobile estates, with vulnerability remediation, patch deployment and endpoint support.

You will work under Technical Specialists to manage incidents, deploy changes and improve platforms, while contributing to documentation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Windows endpoints in an enterprise environment.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Intune, endpoint security and compliance concepts.
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Unified Endpoint Management operations across Windows and mobile estates using Intune and related tools.
• Triage and support CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Management elevation issues.
