Job summary

Sky’s Global Enterprise IT team seeks a Senior Technical Specialist to lead Unified Endpoint Management for Windows and mobile devices, delivering secure, compliant configurations with Intune and CyberArk. You will mentor engineers, drive automation via PowerShell and APIs, and steer platform improvements across Sky’s estate.

You’ll collaborate across Osterley or Livingston campuses in a hybrid setup, delivering high-quality service while shaping the endpoint technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Unified Endpoint Management in large organisations.
• Experience leading technical change and major incidents.
• Strong scripting or automation skills with PowerShell or APIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Ability to mentor engineers and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Unified Endpoint Management across estate using Intune, policies, and deployment configurations.
• Manage CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager policies and Privileged Access Workstation devices.
• Lead design/review of endpoint solutions, define standards, processes and guidance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior colleagues, communicate updates clearly.
• Lead complex investigations, major incidents and root cause analyses.
• Shape roadmap and automate via PowerShell, APIs; support on-call rota.
