Job summary

Sky is seeking an experienced IT professional to deliver Unified Endpoint Management across Windows and mobile devices. You’ll configure Microsoft Intune policies, support CyberArk Privilege Management, and own endpoint platform capabilities, ensuring security, reliability and documented processes.

In a hybrid role based in Osterley or Livingston, you’ll balance incident and project work with automation using PowerShell and APIs, contributing to security, compliance and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Unified Endpoint Management in a large-scale Windows enterprise environment including Microsoft Intune, endpoint compliance, configuration profiles or patch management.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting or APIs, or a willingness to develop these skills.
• Strong troubleshooting, fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Good written and verbal communication, ability to document changes and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to independently deliver technical projects and service improvements while balancing operational and engineering work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Unified Endpoint Management across Windows and mobile devices with Intune policies.
• Support CyberArk Privilege Management policies and Privileged Access Workstation devices.
• Own endpoint platform capabilities, keeping them secure, documented and aligned with requirements.
• Manage incidents, service requests and project tasks, providing second- and third-line endpoint support.
• Develop PowerShell automation, reporting solutions and API integrations to drive improvements.
• Support vulnerability management and deliver technical projects, with on-call out-of-hours support.
