GBUK Group is well established across a wide range of product areas and has been one of the top suppliers into the NHS for some time now. We’re always looking to further grow and innovate, and, to that end, we are launching an exciting new Endourology Division. We’re looking for two dynamic Area Business Managers to lead the way. These will be the first two hires for this division, meaning you will play a pivotal role in shaping our presence, building relationships, and driving growth from day one.
We’re a fast-growing, award-winning provider of specialist medical devices and services to the NHS and healthcare providers worldwide. As a top 20 NHS supplier ranking, and operations in more than 45 countries, we combine clinical credibility with commercial excellence.
Our culture is built on Solutions Focused, Collaboration, Innovation, Adaptability, Communication, and Integrity and more than 90% of our leaders have been promoted from within. This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage, shape the commercial strategy, and establish strong clinical partnerships across the South of England.

If you thrive in a specialist, hands‑on sales role and are motivated by the opportunity to help grow a new division within an ambitious organisation, we would like to hear from you.
You’ll be bringing a self‑motivated, results‑oriented approach, and will have a track record of high performance. Additionally, for this role you will need to have a strong understanding of the NHS landscape and competitive marketplace.
Working autonomously, but with a wealth of support from the wider team, you’ll bring a role‑model approach, a high level of professionalism and the desire to develop and constantly seek out new opportunities.
If you’re an experienced sales professional who understands the NHS and is motivated by building meaningful clinical partnerships, we’d love to hear from you.
