The post is Band 2, permanent, with flexible working options and NHS pension. The successful candidate will contribute to high standards of patient care in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in hospital administration is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Meet and greet patients on arrival and ensure paperwork is prepared for appointments.
• Provide confidential administrative support to the Endoscopy Unit.
• Book new and follow-up appointments for Urology patients; training provided.
