Endoscopy Department Role at North Middlesex Hospital

The Endoscopy Department at North Middlesex Hospital is seeking a proactive, motivated, and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a busy and challenging environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring all patients attending Endoscopy are greeted professionally and that all NMUH policies are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prioritize and manage workload independently.
2. Add patients to the waiting list.
3. Make welfare calls to patients as reminders for their procedures.
4. Manage outcomes for Endoscopy, Pre-assessment, and Infliximab appointments.
5. Update patient demographics.
6. Plan and organize workload to maintain service delivery.
7. Work flexibly as part of a team and support cross-cover.
8. Support proactive changes within the department.
9. Undertake mandatory training.

North Mid is part of the North Central London integrated care system, collaborating with NHS and local authority organizations across Camden, Islington, Barnet, Enfield, and Haringey.
