Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Administrator to join the Endoscopy Unit within the Digestive Disease Care Group. The role focuses on managing the Endoscopy waiting list and providing essential administration to meet national targets.

The post is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a pro rata salary between £25,760 and £27,476 per year. You will work across Castle Hill Hospital and Hull Royal Infirmary, including evenings and weekends as required, and

Formación

• GCSE level and English/Maths GCSE or equivalent.
• NVQ Level 3 in administration or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience of working to deadlines
• Experience of using electronic systems

Responsabilidades

• Book patients to meet National diagnostic and 18 week Referral To Treatment targets as part of the Endoscopy waiting list team.
• Provide efficient administrative support within the department and on reception desks at Castle Hill Hospital and Hull Royal Infirmary.
• Work as part of a team and prioritise own workload while maintaining data quality and accuracy.
• Be flexible to cover evenings and weekends as required by service needs.
• Communicate effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
