Job summary

UK Power Networks is seeking an IS End-user Computing Support Engineer to deliver high-quality IT support from the Ipswich office. The role involves deskside and remote support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and meeting room tech, across teams including Control and Dispatch.

You will handle incidents, services requests and access management using ITSM tooling, while contributing to endpoint security and device configuration alongside internal resolver groups and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering deskside and remote IT support across the business.
• Support for laptops, desktops, mobiles, printers, and meeting room tech.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and Exchange/Outlook administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote IT support to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Resolve incidents and service requests to resolution.
• Maintain records in ITSM tools and assist with endpoint security activities.
