Job summary

Randstad Employment Bureau in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive IT recruiter to source and deliver top technology talent. You will manage the full candidate lifecycle, from initial sourcing to interview coordination and offers.

Qualifications

This role will support our recruitment team in sourcing and delivering top technology talent. The role focuses on managing the full candidate lifecycle and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and manage IT candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Match candidates to client requirements and manage interview/offer processes.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across IT specialisms.
• Work closely with account managers to meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM and track delivery KPIs.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous recruitment experience in all IT roles (diversity is key).
• Past experience working with System Integrators SI.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Target-driven with excellent communication.
• Ability to manage multiple roles.
