Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Supply Chain & Inventory Coordinator to optimize supplier contracts, drive cost savings and ensure continuity of supply across spend categories.

You will lead contract development, manage supplier performance against KPIs, maintain data systems, and produce monthly reports while supporting onboarding and procurement processes.

The role requires strong Excel skills, commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement and a proactive, detail‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Procurement, purchasing or supply chain experience.
• Experience managing suppliers and contracts.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Experience analysing spend and delivering savings.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier contracts and commercial matters with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and manage supplier contracts, relationships, and performance.
• Produce monthly contract performance reports and spend analytics.
• Maintain contract databases, spend logs and onboarding documentation.
• Support new supplier onboarding and procurement meetings.
• Reconcile monthly company card spend and provide activity reports.
