Job summary

CVI Infrared Optics, part of the IDEX MSS platform, is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Administrator to support shipping, receiving, and documentation across the end-to-end supply chain. Training will be provided, with exposure to purchasing, planning, and customer delivery in a growing manufacturing setting.

You will gain hands-on experience in goods receiving, inventory control, order release, and customs administration while contributing to a collaborative team and ensuring accurate records

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, logistics or supply chain environment.
• Experience with goods receiving and inventory handling.
• Shipping and logistics experience.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Good Microsoft Office and Outlook skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle products safely and follow procedures.
• Motivated, reliable and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare finished goods for shipment, including packing and documentation.
• Arrange freight collections and monitor shipments to collection.
• Coordinate release of test pieces to appropriate teams.
• Manage production consumables and liaise with purchasing/production.
• Process MSOs when required.
• Prepare and consolidate quality records for CoCs.
• Verify, archive and distribute shipping documentation.
• Maintain digital records and ensure traceability of customer documents.
• Receive materials and record goods received in ERP.
• Coordinate inspection requests and store materials correctly.
• Release work orders and distribute production paperwork.
• Support customs clearance activities and related documentation.
• Create shipments and arrange freight collections.
• Distribute quality documentation to customers after shipment.
