Job summary

Support Revolution is seeking an experienced SAP Primary Support Engineer to own end-to-end SAP cases, combining ABAP expertise with strong functional SAP knowledge to investigate issues and deliver effective solutions.

You will work closely with customers and delivery teams to ensure SAP environments are reliable, efficient and continually improving, while staying ahead of SAP innovations and trends.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP functional experience across modules SD, FICO, HR/Payroll, WM, BW and/or MM.
• Strong hands-on SAP ABAP experience with understanding of technical SAP environments.
• Proven ability to investigate, diagnose and resolve complex SAP issues.
• Strong SAP configuration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working across technical and functional teams to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own & solve SAP cases across multiple modules, investigating issues and delivering fixes.
• Configure, troubleshoot and optimise SAP solutions for reliable performance.
• Build client relationships and communicate solutions clearly.
• Deliver quality solutions with SLAs and validate fixes with delivery teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and preventive measures.
• Stay updated on SAP innovations and apply them to client solutions.
• Share knowledge and best practices across the SAP practice.
