Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Process Improvement Lead to drive end-to-end process discovery, mapping and future-state design across the organisation. You will define and govern process artefacts, collaborate with process owners and SMEs, and translate improvements into measurable outcomes aligned with our operating model.

You will facilitate workshops, maintain standardised mapping, and manage benefits tracking through implementation and early life, ensuring compliance and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end process discovery, mapping and future-state design (e.g., BPMN) in large, complex organisations.
• Track record delivering process improvements with measurable outcomes (cost, cycle time, quality and controls).
• Knowledge of BPM, process transformation, standardisation and digitisation best practice (Lean/CI desirable).
• Skilled in workshop facilitation and requirements capture.
• Able to define process measures/KPIs, baselining and benefits tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process discovery and mapping with clear boundaries, interfaces, roles, controls and measures.
• Facilitate current and future-state process definition workshops and sign-off.
• Maintain a consistent mapping methodology to support role alignment and automation opportunities.
• Identify pain points and root causes; translate into a prioritised improvement backlog.
• Support delivery through implementation handover with IT/data/tooling/change teams.
• Own process mapping standards; produce artefacts including maps, narratives, RACIs, controls and measures.
• Support governance with materials and traceability from requirements to sign-off.
• Partner with process owners/SMEs to prioritise scope and manage expectations.
• Provide progress and risk updates; escalate blockers when required.
• Define KPIs, baselining and track benefits through implementation and early life.
