Job summary

Joanna Merry HR is seeking a Project Support & Logistics Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end flow of project equipment from manufacture through to final delivery at customer sites. You will track manufacturing progress, coordinate logistics and shipments, monitor customs processes, maintain visibility of equipment, and provide proactive communication to ensure schedules and milestones are met.

• Experience in project support, administration, logistics coordination, or supply chain environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational capability.
• Excellent communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support across multiple projects.
• Maintain accurate records relating to manufacturing status, shipment tracking, and delivery activities.
• Track manufacturing progress, project actions, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Monitor the progress of equipment through manufacture, shipment, customs clearance and final delivery.
• Assist with quality assurance activities, ensuring documentation aligns with internal standards and procedures.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure information is accurate, current, and effectively communicated.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accessible, and compliant.
• Escalate potential delays or issues that may impact project schedules or delivery requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project support processes and documentation practices
