Job summary

UK Power Networks is seeking a Connection Coordinator based in Borehamwood to manage the end-to-end customer journey for metered connections up to 69kVA. You will act as the main contact, coordinating quotations, site visits, payments and MPANs, while ensuring timely delivery and strong customer relations.

You will work with SAP, MRS and SAP CRM to schedule, track and complete tasks, maintaining high service standards and compliance with NRSWA and GSOP requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service across a range of touchpoints.
• Good basic IT skills and ability to use multiple business systems quickly and accurately.
• Ability to work as part of a team to meet shared goals and to resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire customer journey as the sole contact throughout the end-to-end process.
• Book surveyor site visits and raise quotations; manage payments and MPANs.
• Raise and manage street works permits, liaise with authorities and schedule works.
• Schedule and monitor weekly programmes and allocate staff and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with NRSWA, GSOP standards and regulator timelines.
• Maintain proactive customer communication and resolve issues efficiently.
