Job summary

Network Plus in the UK is seeking a Utilities Coordinator to be the key contact for works before they commence on site, ensuring planning, streetworks, and NRSWA compliance are met.

You will coordinate, review customer applications, plan site visits, input data into works management systems, and provide timely reports to keep service levels and objectives on track. The role emphasizes an inclusive, Armed Forces friendly environment.

  • Ability to prioritise workload and work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and high attention to detail.
  • Logical thinker with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Review customer applications for internal and external meter installations.
  • Coordinate site visits with field resources to update accounts.
  • Input and upload information into works management systems accurately.
  • Provide daily/weekly reports and meet service level targets.
  • Escalate issues and ensure client requirements are met efficiently.

Job description

Description As a Utilities Coordinator, you will be the key contact before works for the operational team. You will have full accountability for the coordination, planning & streetworks aspects of all works before they commence on site. You will ensure that all operational teams are able to undertake their work in line with the received push plans and requested dates as well as compliant with NRSWA and ensure that timescales are adhered to minimising any financial impact to the company. Key ResponsibilitiesReview UU customer applications for internal and external meter installations Review and close customer applications in triage Coordinate site visits with field resource to update customer account information Maintain timely and accurate input and uploading of information into the works management systems, ensuring that all issues are recorded and escalated Ensure that all the client and operational requirements are met in a professional and efficient manner Provide daily and weekly
reports as required and to ensure that all service levels and objectives are achieved Provide a positive and innovative input into the team, through provision of solutions to problems and embracing change Ensure that safety issues are reported in line with Company procedures Skills, Knowledge & ExpertiseIdeally you will have experience working in Utilities previously Experience in a planning / coordinator role Ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and work under tight time pressures Excellent communication skills High attention to detail Logical mind Job Benefits We offer a competitive salary based on experience along with a full benefits package.
