Job summary

Alternative Networks’ Borehamwood office is seeking a Connection Coordinator to report to the Team Leader in Connection Services. This is a permanent role focused on delivering end-to-end metered connections for low to moderate power requirements, acting as the main customer contact and guiding them through quotations, surveys, payments and job scheduling.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service, good PC literacy, and the ability to coordinate with surveyors, local authorities

Qualifications

• Attitude for excellent customer service.
• Good telephone skills.
• High level of PC literacy and ability to use multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the customer journey from enquiry to completion.
• Schedule site visits and manage quotations.
• Take payment and provide MPAN numbers and related documents.
• Coordinate with surveyors, authorities, and field teams to deliver on time.
