Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Trial Delivery Leader to own trial operational strategy and end-to-end delivery for assigned trials. The role partners with the Program Delivery Leader and co-leads the Cross-Functional Trial Team to ensure timely, compliant delivery with high quality.

You will drive budget oversight, risk management, and governance at trial level, and collaborate with global stakeholders across geographies. Travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences.
• 6-8 years of clinical trial management experience in pharma or CRO.
• Experience managing end-to-end trials from start-up to close-out.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, local regulations.
• Proven leadership and ability to guide study teams.
• Ability to manage country and vendor budgets.
• Willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in English and local language as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop trial operational strategy and single point of accountability.
• Co-lead Cross-Functional Trial Team and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Oversee trial-level budget, scenarios, and cost optimization.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and inspection readiness.
• Governance participation and risk mitigation across trials.
• Communicate risks, milestones, and changes to stakeholders.
