Job summary

IQVIA in Reading, UK is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Manager to shape end-to-end supply strategy for new clinical trials. You will translate study protocols into robust supply plans and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure quality and on-time study execution.

The role requires analytical thinking, project management, and strong English communication. You will oversee budgets, IRT, labeling, packaging campaigns, and vendor management to deliver trial materials

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in science or business (preferred).
3–5 years' industry experience in clinical trials (essential).
3–5 years' experience in clinical supply chain management (essential).
Strong communication and project management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Interpret clinical trial protocols to design and execute an effective supply chain.
Create master English label text per regulatory framework (e.g., Annex 13).
Develop demand forecasts and packaging plans to ensure timely supplies.
Lead packaging campaigns with vendors and oversee on-time delivery.
Set up and monitor IRT systems to manage study inventory.
Develop distribution plans and oversee vendor execution.
Maintain budget tracking aligned with quotations.
Ensure 100% training compliance and keep up with GxP requirements.
