Job summary

IQVIA LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead global clinical trials, delivering strategic leadership for complex studies and partnering with sponsors and cross-functional teams to accelerate life-changing therapies.

You will drive multi-regional studies, ensuring quality, timelines and budgets while shaping the future of clinical research and trial delivery at a world-leading CRO.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical research experience including global or multi-regional trials
• Experience leading renal, obesity and/or MASH clinical studies preferred
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage study delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex global and multi-regional clinical studies from start-up to close-out
• Serve as the primary strategic partner for sponsors, providing leadership and innovative solutions
• Provide direction to cross-functional teams across regions to foster collaboration and accountability
• Oversee study timelines, budgets, quality, risks and delivery to ensure success
• Drive proactive risk management and stakeholder alignment throughout the study lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements and contractual commitments
