Job summary

WE Talent are recruiting a Client Services Coordinator for an established engineering and technical business in Braintree. You will own client requirements from enquiry through quotation, repair, and return, coordinating with Engineering, Purchasing, Planning and Sales to keep work progressing.

The role suits someone with customer service or account management experience who enjoys ownership, multi-team coordination and delivering timely updates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or account management.
• Experience coordinating across engineering and commercial teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of client requirements from enquiry through to quotation and return.
• Providing regular updates and managing client expectations.
• Liaising with Engineering, Purchasing, Planning and Sales to progress work.
• Obtaining cost estimates for parts and labour for quotes.
• Preparing client quotations in line with pricing structures.
• Monitoring orders and identifying delays or issues with teams.
• Handling a high volume of client enquiries professionally.
• Maintaining accurate client and job information in systems.
• Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and client experience.
