Job summary

Trade Mastermind is seeking a Sales Executive to drive end-to-end B2B sales for Discovery Day events from our Peterborough HQ. You will book and manage clients, convert leads, and close sales in person at events, backed by a high-volume outbound approach and uncapped commissions.

You’ll own the client journey from first contact to closing, with full training, daily coaching, and fast progression into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' outbound phone sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing sales.
• Strong pipeline and follow-up management skills.
• Experience working to high call volumes and clear KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads.
• Convert business owners into Discovery Day attendees.
• Build and manage your own pipeline.
• Use structured follow-up and objection-handling frameworks.
• Track KPIs daily and work to clear targets.
• Deliver professional, confident calls every time.
• Meet clients face-to-face and close sales on event days.
