Job summary

Trade Mastermind in Peterborough is seeking a Business Development Manager to enroll ambitious trade business owners into high‑ticket education programmes. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, both face‑to‑face at national events and virtually via Zoom or phone, presenting one of the UK’s most powerful business training offers.

Reporting to a High-Performance B2B Sales Manager, you will hit aggressive targets with uncapped OTE (£100k+).

Qualifications

• Proven experience closing B2B or high-ticket sales.
• Experience in education/events/construction sales is a plus.
• Strong pipeline management and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads from events, campaigns, and inbound inquiries.
• Run discovery calls and closing presentations.
• Attend and sell at national Trade Mastermind events.
• Manage pipeline using CRM and daily KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to smash targets.
• Represent the Trade Mastermind brand professionally.
