Trade Mastermind is seeking a high-energy Call Centre agent for its outbound B2B sales team at the Peterborough HQ. You will own the end-to-end sales journey, from calling warm leads to closing in person at Discovery Day events, with a focus on building a strong pipeline and achieving KPI targets.

You will earn a base salary of £27,000–£30,000 with uncapped commissions, plus monthly incentives and clear progression into leadership roles as the team grows.
