Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is recruiting an Associate Project Manager for the Chester area in England. The role involves delivering turnkey projects across customer sites, with full on-site responsibility, health and safety oversight, and daily management of contractors.

You will communicate progress, risks and deliverables to senior stakeholders. Responsibilities include building project pipelines, developing capex plans, tendering, and ensuring adherence to CDM processes.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in M&E, FM, construction or critical environments.
• Experience developing new project opportunities and managing bids/tenders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop a short term pipeline of project opportunities from customer portfolios.
• Build long term capex plans for customers and liaise with stakeholders to define scope.
• Manage, run and draw up tenders on behalf of the customer and carry out tender analyses.
• Ensure compliance with CDM processes and health and safety policies on site.
• Provide timely reports to Head of Projects / Senior Project Manager.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects end-to-end including budgeting and on-site management.
