Dex is partnering with a health AI company building an AI-native clinical operating system deployed in hundreds of clinics and serving millions of patients. You will decompose complex workflows, design human-agent interfaces, and own end-to-end feature development on a modern serverless stack.

You will work closely with clinicians to solve real-world workflow problems, ship high-impact features, and contribute to agent-friendly codebases.

Competenze

• Expert-level TypeScript and JS/Node.js experience across full-stack React/Angular and serverless back-ends.
• Proven track record architecting and shipping production systems on AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB) or ability to rapidly master serverless infra.
• Strong CS fundamentals and a user-focused approach to UX.
• At least 5 years of total engineering experience with a top-tier academic record or demonstrated equivalent.
• Commitment to building mission-critical software that saves lives, not just compensation.
