Job summary

Dex seeks a product-focused, full-stack engineer to own and ship user-facing software end to end. You will work across Slack and Microsoft Teams integration, and help define how humans collaborate with synthetic teammates. You will travel to the Warsaw hub at least twice a month and ship polished interfaces with minimal supervision.

The role requires autonomy to build, test, and deploy features across the stack, with a strong emphasis on activation, onboarding, and conversion metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping user-facing software end to end in production.
• Full-stack competence across TypeScript, React, and Python backend services.
• Autonomy to build, test, and deploy independently.
• Strong product intuition and ability to refine interfaces without a designer.
• Willingness to travel to the European hub (Warsaw) at least twice a month.

Responsibilities

• Define the core delegation and steering interface for autonomous agents.
• Drive onboarding, activation, and virality to boost adoption.
• Architect and ship user-facing capabilities across Slack, Teams, and new surfaces.
• Instrument telemetry, conduct user research, and run rapid experiments with founders and teams.
• Use agentic engineering workflows to build and ship faster.
