• Minimum 5 years of full-stack or backend-focused engineering in fast-moving startups.
• Strong Python proficiency with experience in state machines and API integrations.
• Experience with AI-augmented engineering and safe, compliant systems (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI).

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale the core orchestration framework across external systems.
• Build and harden the real-time underwriting engine pricing financial risk.
• Deploy autonomous LLM-powered operational agents for production workflows.
• Bridge legacy clinical records, lending infra, and insurance rails with HIPAA/SOC 2 compliance.
• Translate ambiguous product requirements into production with high velocity and reliability.
