A leading company in the hospitality sector seeks five End Point Assessors for a freelance role based in Watford, Hertfordshire. Candidates must be qualified assessors with experience in hospitality assessments. This home-based position offers flexible working days and opportunities for extension or permanent placement.

£200 to 225 per day worked
Induction and some training given remotely
The role is home based with some travel – mileage paid
This role is until the end of July 2025
Possibility of extension or becoming permanent as there is plenty of work
Monday to Friday
Flexible working days: 3, 4, or 5 days per week depending on your availability
Working hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 5 pm, with some flexibility
Location: Reside anywhere south of England from the Midlands down
Carrying out end point assessment activities and making decisions for apprenticeship standards in Front of House Hospitality levels 2 and 3 for learners in hotels, including Admin, Reception, Events, Conferences, Housekeeping. Experience in food and beverage assessments is an advantage but not essential.
Must have end point assessing experience for Hospitality at levels 2 or 3
Must have worked in an EPA role or delivered end point assessments for an awarding body
Carrying out assessments with learners, scheduling appointments, planning meetings online, and preparing reports and write-ups.
Must be assessor qualified (e.g., TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/D33)
Must have own equipment, including a laptop and email setup
Ideally DBS clearance and on the update service
