A leading training organization is seeking qualified assessors for end point assessment activities in the Retail sector. The role is home-based with flexibility and includes conducting assessments, preparing reports, and scheduling interactions with apprentices. Qualifications

• Qualified assessor with experience in Retail.
• Supervisory or management experience in Retail for Levels 2 and 3.
• Retail Store Manager experience for Level 4 preferred.

• Carry out end point assessments for Retail levels.
• Conduct online assessments and prepare reports.

Job Details

• Day rate: £200 for Level 2 Retail EPA
• Level 3 Retail: £225
• Level 4: £250
• Location: Home-based with some travel within 100 miles from North West (Manchester/Liverpool), West Midlands (Central Birmingham/Coventry), and London (Central or surrounding areas)
• Duration: Freelance for 4 months, with possibility of extension or permanence
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3-5 days per week, 8:30 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 5 pm, with some flexibility
• Training: Induction and some training provided remotely

Role Responsibilities

• Carrying out end point assessment activities and decision-making for apprenticeship standards in Retail levels 2, 3, or 4
• Conducting assessments online and with learners
• Scheduling assessments, planning meetings online with apprentices and employers
• Preparing write-ups and assessment reports

Essential Requirements

• Assessor qualified (e.g., TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/D33)
• Experience in Retail industry as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager for Levels 2 and 3
• Experience as a Retail Store Manager covering Level 4
• Own equipment (laptop, email setup)
• Ideally DBS clearance and on update service
