We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with strong expertise in database testing to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of our Salesforce-based applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and workflows, along with hands-on experience testing APIs, data integrity, and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive test cases for Salesforce applications, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Perform database testing, including data validation, data integrity, and complex SQL queries to validate backend processes.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and Salesforce admins to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Conduct API testing for integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts (if applicable).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Should be focused on Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom solutions).
• Strong experience with database testing, including writing and executing SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data model, objects, workflows, and validation rules.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar.
• Proficient in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
