END POINT ASSESSORS

Freelance role for Retail

Day rates:

• Level 2 Retail EPA: £200
• Level 3 Retail EPA: £225
• Level 4 Retail EPA: £250

Home-based with some travel

Remote induction and training provided

This is a 4-month freelance role with potential extension or permanence due to ongoing demand

Workdays: Monday to Friday, flexible between 3 to 5 days per week

Working hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 5 pm, with some flexibility

Location: within 100 miles of North West (Manchester/Liverpool), West Midlands (Birmingham/Coventry), and London areas

Job Role:

• Conducting online end point assessments for apprenticeship standards in Retail levels 2, 3, and 4
• Scheduling and conducting assessments with learners and employers online
• Planning assessment activities and schedules within the end point window
• Writing reports and assessments

Essential Requirements:

• Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/D33)
• Retail industry experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager for Levels 2 and 3
• Experience as a Retail Store Manager covering up to Level 4
• Own equipment including a laptop and email setup
• Ideally, DBS clearance and registered on the update service
