Job Details
- Day Rate: 00 for Level 2 Retail EPA
- Level 3 Retail: 25
- Level 4: 50
- Location: Home-based with some travel
- Training: Induction and some remote training provided
- Contract: Freelance for 4 months, with potential for extension or permanency
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, 3 to 5 days per week based on availability
- Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility
- Location Preference: Within 100 miles of North West (Manchester/Liverpool), West Midlands (Birmingham/Coventry), or London (Central or surrounding areas)
Job Role
- Conducting end point assessment activities and decision-making for apprenticeship standards in Retail levels 2, 3, or 4
- Experience in end point assessing for Retail at levels 2, 3, or 4 is required
- Assessments conducted online
- Engaging with learners through assessments
- Scheduling appointments and planning assessments online with apprentices and employers
- Writing reports and assessments
Essential Requirements
- Assessor qualification such as TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/D33
- Experience in Retail industry as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager covering Level 2 and Level 3
- Experience as a Retail Store Manager covering up to Level 4
- Own equipment including a laptop and email setup
- Ideally, DBS check in place and on the update service
