Job summary

A leading company in the education sector seeks Freelance Assessors for Retail standards levels 2, 3, and 4. This role allows flexibility in scheduling, offers remote induction and training, and is ideal for experienced professionals in retail management. Qualifications

• Must be Assessor qualified (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/D33).
• Experience in retail as Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager.
• Must have own equipment (laptop, email).

Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments for Retail levels 2, 3, and 4.
• Planning meetings with apprentices and employers online.
• Writing up reports and assessments.

Level 3 Retail it is £225

Level 4 it is £250

Home based with some travel

Induction and some training given remotely

This role is for Freelance 4 months

Possibility could be extended or become permanent as plenty of work in

Monday to Friday

Seeking someone who can work 3 or 4 or 5 days per week dependent on your availability

8.30 am to 5pm or 9am to 5pm, some flexibility

Located within a 100 miles from North West - Manchester/Liverpool, West Midlands - Central Birmingham/Coventry and London - Central or surrounding areas.

Job role

Carrying out end point assessment activities and making decisions for apprenticeship standards for Retail levels 2 and 3 or level 4.

Must end point assessing experience for Retail at level 2 or 3 or 4

Conducing these online

Carrying out assessments with the learners

The appointments will be scheduled for you

Planning meetings with apprentices and employers online

Agreeing a plan and schedule for each assessment activity for the end point window

Write ups and report assessments

Essential requirements for the role

Must be Assessor qualified – such as TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/D33

Must have worked in the Retail industry as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Manager to cover Level 2 and Level 3.

Must have been a Retail store Manager to cover up to Level 4.

Must have own equipment, using own laptop and set up an email address.

Ideally DBS in place and on the update service
