Job summary

Shaftesbury is recruiting for an Enabling Support Worker in Eastbourne. You will provide support and encouragement following the person-centred plan, while maintaining accurate records and potentially administering personal care and medication. Sleep-in sessions may be required, paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.

The role is based at Shaftesbury in Eastbourne, with care for adults with disabilities and opportunities to contribute to an inclusive, supportive community.

Qualifications

• Must be able to maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
• May administer personal care and medication as part of duties.
• Sleep-in shifts may be required with an additional £60 per sleep-in.
• All offers of employment are subject to enhanced DBS/Access NI check.
