Job summary

Shaftesbury Wall Street is recruiting an Enabling Support Worker in Hereford to support people with disabilities in a residential setting. You will follow person-centred support plans, assist with daily living tasks and personal care, maintain accurate records, and may administer medications as required.

There is sleep-in duty with an extra £60 per sleep-in, and we offer a comprehensive training package, generous leave, a pension scheme, and access to an employee assistance programme.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings and ability to support individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to follow person-centred plans and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement according to the person-centred support plan.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with personal care and medication as required.
• Cover sleep-in sessions as needed with additional pay.
