Job summary

Shaftesbury is recruiting for an Enabling Support Worker in Eastbourne to provide support and encouragement, following the person-centred plan. You will maintain records and may administer personal care and medication, with optional sleep-in duties paid an additional £60 per session.

Qualifications

• Provide support and encouragement by taking direction from the person supported and the person centred support plan.
• Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
• May administer personal care and medication.
• Sleep-in duties may be required with an additional £60 per sleep in.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care and support to adults with disabilities to help them live as independently as possible.
• Follow the person centred support plan and document progress and outcomes.
• Cover sleep in sessions as required and ensure records are up to date.
