Shaftesbury Next Steps in Bromley is seeking an Enabling Support Worker to provide compassionate support to young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will follow the person-centered support plan, help participants develop life-skills, and encourage participation in activities across arts, sports, fitness and gardening.
