Job summary

PBS4 is hiring a part-time Enablement Assistant in Eastleigh, supporting Harry who has autism and cerebral palsy. You will work wake nights or day shifts in 12-hour blocks within a bank contract, aiming to help maintain his daily routine and independence while providing compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with learning disabilities, autism, or behaviours that challenge.
• Able to work wake nights or day shifts in Eastleigh.
• Bank contract suitable for flexible, part-time hours.
