Job summary

PBS4 is seeking a Part-time Permanent Associate in Eastleigh (Southampton area) to support a person with learning disabilities and autism. The role covers wake night or day 12-hour shifts as part of a bank contract, with a focus on enabling independence and daily routines.

Training and development opportunities are provided, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities or autism is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people who have a learning disability or autism.
• Experience supporting individuals with behaviours that may challenge.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts including wake nights or day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to the individual (Harry) to promote independence and routine.
• Support with activities of daily living and community engagement while maintaining safety.
