PBS4 provides support to enable people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour to have independent lives and to live in their own home. Our approach is underpinned by Positive Behaviour Support. Positive Behaviour Support is an approach mostly used to support people with learning disabilities whose behaviours challenge others. The goal is to shift the focus away from reducing challenging behaviour to understanding what the behaviour means and supporting people to get what they need better.
