PBS4 is seeking a dedicated Enablement Associate (Male Support Worker) to join a growing team in the UK. This full-time role involves daily outings in the community and educational activities in a purpose-built home cabin for a non-verbal adult.

You will support personal care as needed and participate in an ABA-based holistic programme with regular training from visiting consultants. We offer full-time hours, with days and nights available, and a friendly, values-driven workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily outings in the community for a young non‑verbal adult.
• Deliver educational activities in the family’s cabin at home.
• Support with personal care as required.
• Follow a holistic programme based on ABA principles with onsite training.
