PBS4 is seeking a Bank Contract Bank Support Worker (Internally known as Enablement Assistant) for the Bordon area. The role is part-time, with an hourly rate of £13.50, and involves enabling people with learning disabilities and/or autism to pursue activities and goals they choose.

We welcome applicants with or without prior experience who share PBS4's values. Sponsorship is not offered for new applicants at PBS4.

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism or challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Support People we support to achieve their goals and access activities of their choosing.
• Enable people to live independently and celebrate their achievements, big or small.
• Provide support that goes beyond personal care and promote Positive Behaviour Support.
