Hana Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Mobile Chef (Mornings Only) working with own transport. This permanent, full-time role offers early starts and a pay rate of £13-£14 per hour.

As part of a dynamic, international group, you will prepare high-quality sushi and related dishes, maintain strict food safety standards, and deliver excellent customer service. Mileage is paid, and shifts start early with a weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Able to start early, with shifts beginning around 6am.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety on site.
• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish where applicable.
• Label products accurately to ensure allergen compliance and legal requirements.
• Meet early start times, with shifts starting at 6am on some days.
• Support sustainable food production and company goals.

This role requires your own vehicle and mileage will be paid.

Able to:

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves
• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
• Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.
• An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
• Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered
• Ability to join a Company which is passionate about sustainability of our products and the planet, while supporting those who make our working lives possible.
• Up to £14per hour depending on experience.
